I side with the Cornish in how to make the perfect cream tea - jam first is the only way. But for me there’s more to Cornwall than scones… some of my earliest trips away from home were to the Isles of Scilly, Helford and Padstow. It’s hard to beat the views of the North Coast of Cornwall in any conditions, there’s a peace and calmness I feel there which isn’t matched in many other places. Photographically I love capturing the coast in Cornwall, but also how it bleeds back into the land behind.
